Check Point 6!

Project Based Learning.

Our first action we took to help the homeless was...
We Brainstormed different ways to make money. Our first two ideas, unfortunately, failed as it would not be a reality because everyone would ask for Sausage sizzle or a Mufti day.
We sat down as a group to think of out of the box ideas, that not many schools do. That is where the idea of doing a raffle Basket idea happened only it has a twist.
This Twist was that there was going to be 3 winners only the first person we draw out of the hat will get to pick first.
I think this is a good idea because I reckon it is fun, and it will get everyone involved in helping better our community.

  1. Kia ora Oceana, A raffle basket with a twist does sound intriguing. Will you have all the people there when you draw the raffle?
I think coming up with ideas that don't work are all part of learning. We fail and try again.
I hope the fund raiser goes really well. What do you plan to do with the money?

  3. You did a great job, I hope the homeless person you help really appreciates the kindness you have shown. The world is lucky to have a person like you. I loved the raffle idea it was something unique and different, and from what I have seen it worked well. If you did it again perhaps you could open up the raffle to the community I am sure they would get involved and it would hopefully raise more funds.
