Our first action we took to help the homeless was...
We Brainstormed different ways to make money. Our first two ideas, unfortunately, failed as it would not be a reality because everyone would ask for Sausage sizzle or a Mufti day.
We sat down as a group to think of out of the box ideas, that not many schools do. That is where the idea of doing a raffle Basket idea happened only it has a twist.
This Twist was that there was going to be 3 winners only the first person we draw out of the hat will get to pick first.
I think this is a good idea because I reckon it is fun, and it will get everyone involved in helping better our community.

I hope the fund raiser goes really well. What do you plan to do with the money?

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job, I hope the homeless person you help really appreciates the kindness you have shown. The world is lucky to have a person like you. I loved the raffle idea it was something unique and different, and from what I have seen it worked well. If you did it again perhaps you could open up the raffle to the community I am sure they would get involved and it would hopefully raise more funds.
